This wonderful educational toy is not related to Texas Instruments. They are included for comparison only with the rare MATH MAGIC and its sibling WIZ-A-TRON.
The technology was borrowed from National Semiconductor, compare it with the Quiz Kid. Some years later, when the MM5780 was discontinued by National Semiconductor, Radio Shack introduced their second MONKEY SEE.
