This TI-5140 was
manufactured in June 1986 in Japan. The style of
the label and the leading "T" in the date code suggests one of Toshiba's assembly plants. |
The internal
design of the TI-5140 is very clean and cost effective. Please notice the 12-digit display and the printer with 15 drums. |
The printed circuit board
(PCB) of the TI-5140 is centered around a NEC uPD1231G single-chip calculator circuit. |
