This TI-5140 was manufactured in June 1986 in Japan. The style of the label and
the leading "T" in the date code suggests one of Toshiba's assembly plants.

The internal design of the TI-5140 is very clean and cost effective.
Please notice the 12-digit display and the printer with 15 drums.

The printed circuit board (PCB) of the TI-5140 is centered around a
NEC uPD1231G single-chip calculator circuit.
