Texas Instruments in Abilene, TX (Date code ATA 2883 » wk 28 yr 1983).
The printed circuit board (PCB) of the SS-1000 16K RAM EXPANSION
with two 28-pin Dual-Inline Memories.
The SS-1000 16K RAM EXPANSION uses two HN6264LP Memories (RAM)
with 8k Bytes, each.
