This SS-2000 8K RAM EXPANSION Cartridge for the CC-40 was manufactured in January 1984 by
Texas Instruments in Lubbock, TX (Date code LTA 0284 » wk 02 yr 1984).
The printed circuit board (PCB) of the SS-2000 8K RAM EXPANSION
with one 28-pin Dual-Inline Memory and a CR2420 Lithium backup battery.
The SS-2000 8K RAM EXPANSION uses one HN6264LP Memory (RAM) with 8k Bytes.
