This TI-Nspire CX CAS was manufactured in November 2015 by 
Inventec Corporation in China (Date code P-1115W » mth 11 yr 2015).

The backside of the TI-Nspire CX CAS features a 
cover to access the rechargeable battery.

The internal construction of the TI-Nspire CX CAS Revision CR IV makes use of only printed circuit boards (PCB).
 
The brain of the TI-Nspire CX CAS is actually a System-on-Chip based on Toshiba's ASIC technology. 

The memory of the TI-Nspire CX CAS is composed of a Multichip Package
with both the Flash-ROM and SDRAM combined. 

In addition sports the TI-Nspire CX CAS Revision CR IV a NOR Flash ROM
in a traditional flatpack housing.
