The rare Texas Instruments PLT (Personal Learning Tool) SU1 with its cover

The backside of this rare PLT SU1 Engineering Sample teases with a nice, handwritten label: Toto Pilot Build.

Removing the stand gives some important information: Model No: PLT - SU1, © 2003, Made in Taiwan.
Please notice the hidden slot for the memory card under the removed battery.

The internal construction of this unique Graphing calculator is dominated by the huge LCD screen.

Removing the huge LCD screen gives access to the backside of the Main- PCB (Printed Circuit Board).

The display module was manufactured by Winbond, Taiwan in October 2003.
