external screen. |
The printed circuit board (PCB) of the TI-83 ViewScreen looks very similar to the earlier TI-82. |

components of the first TI-83 ViewScreen: Toshiba T84C00A CPU, Toshiba TC14L010 ASIC, Atmel AT27C020 OTP ROM and Epson SRM2A256 RAM. |
