The printed circuit board
(PCB) of the early TI-92 is centered around a powerful Motorola
SC414181 Application Specific CPU, one Toshiba TC551001 RAM (128k Byte) and a total of 5 display drivers for the graphics screen. The Operating System is stored in one IEC9895S-960819E ROM in the Expansion Module.
