The Canon F-58 uses a Toshiba single-chip calculator circuit on a small
printed circuit board (PCB). 

The internal construction uses a heavy sheet metal to support the connection
of the PCB to both the LC-display and keyboard foil sandwich. 
The picture below doesn't show the isolating spacer  laying between the
two conductive foils.
