The TI-30X introduced in 1993 makes use of a
Toshiba T6A61 single-chip calculator circuit.

The TI-30X SOLAR introduced in 1993, too uses a 
different printed circuit board with a Toshiba T6M38. 

The later TI-30Xa uses an identical printed circuit
board (PCB) populated with a Toshiba T6M80A.

The later TI-30Xa SOLAR uses an identical printed circuit
board (PCB) populated with a Toshiba T6M79.

The TI-35X introduced in 1993 makes use of a
Toshiba T6A58 single-chip calculator circuit.

The TI-36X SOLAR introduced in 1993, too uses a 
different printed circuit board with a Toshiba T6A57.
