In a Trademark License Agreement Texas Instruments grants the usage of most calculator related trademarks on this webpage. Find a short section of the License Agreement here. Datamath encourages links to their Internet sites. Any link to Datamath Internet sites from a different site must conform to the following rules:

Unless Datamath provides you with prior authorization in writing, any link to Datamath's Internet sites must use the logo (displayed at right) which is protected by trademark law.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein, Datamath grants you a limited license to use this logo, but does not transfer title in this logo to you. The logo may only be used as an active link to the related Datamath Internet site. (Right-click on the logo and save it to your directory)

Any link to Datamath's Internet sites must only be to the respective site's home page. No logo or graphics other than this listed here may be used without the prior written approval of Datamath. Any unauthorized use of any materials contained on Datamath's Internet sites may result in criminal or civil penalties and Datamath will actively seek the recovery of any costs and damages it may incur preventing the misuse or misappropriation of its property.

„Datamath Calculator Museum“ Internet sites are controlled and operated by Joerg Woerner (herein, „Datamath") from its home office in Weilheim, Germany.

Access to any of these sites from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. By accessing any of these sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of  Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If  you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use any of these sites. Any claim relating to „Datamath Calculator Museum“ Internet sites 's Internet sites shall be governed by the laws of Germany without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  The materials contained in Datamath's Internet sites are protected by applicable copyright, and trademark law. Trademark License Agreement

World Wide Web Website Trademark License

Effective November 30, 2000, Texas Instruments Incorporated (referred to in this Agreement as Texas Instruments) a Delaware Corporation, having a principal place of business at 12500 TI Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75243, and Joerg Woerner (referred to in this Agreement as Licensee), having a principal place of residence at D-73235 Weilheim, Lerchenstrasse 4 in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained in this Agreement between Texas Instruments and Licensee, agree as follows:

2.    License Grant

2.1    Grant

Subject to Licensee's full compliance with this Agreement, Texas Instruments hereby grants and Licensee accepts a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license to use the Licensed Trademarks only on the Licensed Website.  No other right, title, or license is granted hereunder.

2.2    Limitations on License Grant to Use Licensed Trademarks

Licensee may use the Licensed Trademarks on the pages of the Licensed Web Site in the manner, and subject to the terms and conditions, specified in this Agreement.  This license is limited to using the Licensed Trademarks on the Licensed Web Site and does not extend to any other use of the Licensed Trademarks.  Licensee agrees not to use any other Trademarks of Texas Instruments on the Licensed Web Site or on any other web site.  Licensee may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Trademarks of Texas Instruments or allow others to do so, except within the scope of this license. These limitations do not prohibit textual use of the Licensed Trademarks in the pages of the Licensed Web Site so long as such Licensed Trademarks are used properly as trademarks with the appropriate trademark symbol, generic noun, and attribution legend as required by Paragraph 4.3 of this Agreement.

4.     Proper Usage of Licensed Logo

4.1   Licensee shall use the Licensed Trademarks in conformance with the Branding Usage Guidelines attached to this License as Attachment B.  Texas Instruments may modify the Licensed Trademarks or the Branding Usage Guidelines at any time.  Licensee will use the new Licensed Trademarks or new Branding Usage Guidelines on its Licensed Web Site within 10 days of receipt of the new Licensed Trademarks or Guidelines from Texas Instruments or within a term as agreed by Texas Instruments.

4.2   Licensee shall not alter or modify the Licensed Trademarks or any Trademarks of Texas Instruments in any way.  Licensee may not integrate any Trademarks of Texas Instruments into any of Licensee's own trademarks, logos, or designs.  Licensee may not use any marks or logos that are confusingly similar to any Trademarks of Texas Instruments.

4.3    Licensee shall attribute ownership of all Licensed Trademarks to Texas Instruments by using the following trademark attribution in all graphics or text materials in which they are used: “ [referenced Trademark] are trademarks of Texas Instruments.
