The TI-84 Plus
EZ Spot Keypad is more than just a replacement of the
original TI-Nspire Clickpad. It emulates the keystrokes and functionality of the
previous TI-83 Plus, TI-84 Plus and
TI-84 Plus Silver Edition graphing
calculators. This allows the use of the TI-Nspire on exams permitting just the
TI-83 Plus based calculators like SAT and ACT.
Within the Datamath Calculator
Museum the combination of the
"school bus yellow" TI-Nspire EZ-Spot with the TI-84 Plus Keypad is referred
as TI-Nspire KBD EZ-Spot.
As of March 2010 a total of five different keyboards are either available for the original TI-Nspire or announced:
• TI-Nspire
Clickpad (The original keyboard of the TI-Nspire) • TI-Nspire Touchpad (The keyboard of the 2nd generation TI-Nspire in a blue color scheme) • TI-Nspire Touchpad EZ- Spot (Blue yellow color scheme) • TI-84 Plus Keypad (The original keyboard of the TI-Nspire) • TI-84 Plus EZ- Spot Keypad (Added yellow "School Property" logo) |
