The
Canon Palmtronic 8, also known as LD-84, follows the LD-83
and is one of the last members of the LD-series. The only difference to the
previous LD-83 is the housing of the calculator chip.

The similar Palmtronic 8M added the memory, view the LD-8M 3, the LD-8s used a much smaller housing.
