This Canon LS-566H followed the original LS-565H introduced already in 1990 and probably a sibling of the TI-1775.
The
Canon LS-566H is a typical far-east designed calculator using chip-on-board
(COB) technology to attach the calculator circuit directly on the printed
circuit board.
A similiar calculator sporting only a 8 digit display was sold with the LS-555H,
the LS-152H carried a traditional housing.
