This cute toy is nothing else than the German speaking edition of the Teddy Touch & Tell.
The "Teddy, der sprechende Bär" (Teddy - The Speaking Bear) uses exchangeable speech ROMs in an expansion port. This gives you access to other game-pictures than the provided. Four different color-coded Teddy Touch & Tell Cartridge are known : Green, Blue, Reddish Purple and Bluish Purple.
From the technology this game is similar to the various Touch & Talkies.
In France this toy was sold as "Le Petit Ours Magique" (The Small Magic Bear) with an adopted voice.
