The
Corvus 600 is the rare financial sibling of the
scientific Corvus 500 calculator. Both use the
same hardware architecture based on the MK50075A Data-Processor with just a
different programmed ROM-set: MK50101/2 for this financial calculator and
MK50103/4 for scientific calculators.
Dismantling
this Corvus 600 calculator manufactured in October 1975 reveals a different PCB
(printed circuit board) than the Corvus 500 replacing one display driver IC with
discrete transistors.
